MAITREYA ERA - The Proclamation Attesting the Universe

I, Tịnh Vương Nhất Tôn, the Incarnation-Return Supreme-Buddha, now in charge of Returning, take the important responsibility of representing the Three Postures of Buddhas to attest the Dharma-Ending Age.

In front of ME are the Three Postures of Buddhas who witness, the Bodhisattvas who accept and retain, and the Dharma Protectors who are responsible for executions of my attested words; as well as the Dharma Protector Devas and Dharma Protector Deities such as Human Deities, Land Deities, Supreme Rank Deities, Dragon Deities, and the Four Teams of Deities —all are present. There are also the Bodhisattvas, who vowed in the past to protect the True Dharma and are now ready for action in the present.

I'm proclaiming that from now on, the 9th Day of the 9th Month of the Lunar Year of the Cat, that is October 13, 1975, at 3:20 a.m.: Inside the Three Thousand Worlds as well as outside the Three Thousand Great Thousand Worlds, in all precepts’ scenes as well as in all worlds, including the worlds of Dragons, Humans, Demons, or Dharani over innumerable species, all the National Kings, Popular Kings, Master Kings, Powerful Kings, and Conservative Master Kings governing from one to ten nations in the Three Thousand Great Thousand Worlds as well as in the Heavenly worlds, the Dragon world, and the Human world are all EQUAL in their wide sovereignties with satisfying level of life and without oppression and tyranny. They all must execute reform of an evil and sorrowful nation into a peaceful, joyful, salvaged one. The Four Species also enjoy peace and joy, full sovereignty, equal in all regards.

I'm now clearly promulgating this Proclamation for Attestation: The Bodhisattvas, Dharma Protectors, Bodhisattva Dharma Protectors; as well as the Devas, the Deities, Human Deities, Land Deities, Mountain Deities, Supreme Deities; as well as the Dragon Deities and the Four Teams of Deities —you all guard and give your aid fairly, helping the good as well as the evil impartially. For those living beings who do not reform themselves, they should be helped to do so. Except for the case where each living being, each individuality, or each kingdom keeps on conserving their rooted evil, rooted cruelty, they should return to their own species and their own nature to enjoy their karma fruit as they wished.

The Buddha coming into the world has the authority to attest the universe independently. The Bodhisattva has the authority to attest to living beings about their levels of Tao Dharma practice. —T. V.

CHAPTER III: Appearance as A Layman

Reverend Sangha Chief Nhất Tôn, incarnating Lord Supreme Maitreya Buddha Himself, noted the above sutra passage. Why do the Buddhas have to attest? Because in the Dharma-Ending Age, living beings practice Tao Dharma by not following the principles of the three generations of Buddhas, not fulfilling the morality. Rather, they practice upon their reasoning. Degenerate Dharma immediately leads to Degenerate Life. Degenerate Life means everyone acts as they like, no longer respecting and honoring moral rules. One is gradually going towards evil, and the rooted evil is seen everywhere: hungry ghosts, Asura, animals, and hell are in vogue; Divine Humans[38] are rare.

The Degenerate-Life Period is the last one, in which life progresses with all Dharmas reaching to its extremes. At the end of the Degenerate-Life Period, it will move to the Superior-Life Period; it is also right at the Equal-Salvation Period. If the Buddhas had not come to the world to attest them, living beings would have wallowed forever in the Inferior Life, because society was extremely degenerate. Innocent people not engaging in either side also endured the same fate. By carefully reading the Proclamation for Attestation of Lord Maitreya, we can see that His Buddha power completely saved living beings by disbanding the Communists of the Soviet Union and Eastern European nations, giving freedom to their people and the world—that’s really unthinkable!

[38] This means noble people.

All people wrongly believe that after death they can be reborn on this globe; or, as human beings, they will naturally be reborn as humans. Others erroneously think that it is the end after death.

Each one, at the end of their life, will leave the globe and go to hundreds of thousands of other globes, and will be reborn at some place which is suitable to their character and gesture. Rare are those who can be reborn at the same place as they just left.

Others on this globe, at their death, and soon after departing from life, have to undergo hundreds of thousands of precepts’ scenes or worlds to be reborn in a precept’s scene or world suitable to their character and gesture. —T. V.

PROCLAMATION FOR ATTESTATION

I, Tịnh Vương Nhất Tôn, the Incarnation-Return Supreme-Buddha, now in charge of Returning, take the important responsibility of representing the Three Postures of Buddhas to attest the Dharma-Ending Age.

At the ceremony, the Supreme Maitreya Buddha and His true disciples were wearing ceremonial robes of the Divine Level (Devayana, the renunciation-of-family conduct).

SUPERIOR ASSOCIATION: “Superior” means the Superior Life, signifying that this Association builds the Superior-Life Period. It was the Long-Hoa Association, presided over by Lord Maitreya, hidden now under the name “Dharma Constitution Vietnamese Buddhism.”

Everyone coming into this human world from the Superior one has a new appellation. For each life, there is an appellation. In this life, the Lord has adopted the appellation, Tịnh Vương Nhất Tôn, the Incarnation-Return Supreme-Buddha. This appellation indicates that He Himself is Lord Maitreya—Lord Maitreya was often called in the sutras the Incarnation Return. “I” was the very Lord Maitreya 2,500 years ago on the Buddhist Calendar; it was ordained by The Founding Master that in the Dharma-Ending Age, the Lord would represent the Three Postures of Buddhas with the heavy responsibility of completely saving living beings and attesting that the Dharma-Ending Age returns to the True Dharma.
