At the beginning of the year of 1989 the government started the reform, following the principles of free market gradually. Especially, they have no longer applied strictly the proletarian policy as before, making the communist party members be in possession, to have the right of enjoyment their happy life, the right of ownership, the right of improvement their living standard freely without worry and fear. Thanks to this, the people could also earn their living in a somewhat easy-to-breathe atmosphere.

In all the cities throughout the country, the people were permitted to construct beautiful houses; cemeteries were transferred out of the cities. Foreign capitals were allowed investing in Vietnam. Only the source of Tao Dharma that Lord Maitreya determined to bring human beings the liberation from the transmigration of birth and death and to bring people the living in peace has not been resolved; the Adi Forest Meditation Monastery in Phú Hữu, province of Khánh Hòa was still retained by the authorities. Unfortunately, that is certainly the karma-seeds of living beings in the transition of the Dharma-Ending Age and the True Dharma.

I heard the Lord say the following: Though the Lord has entered the Eight Masses of Nirvana, He is still incarnate, and the invisible Dragon-Deity Dharma Protectors still remain in the world. The Lord still frequents this Saha world to guide the complete salvation of living beings. The Lord was a citizen like thousands of others, but the Lord was different because He had the true power of the Matchless Supreme True Reward, the unmatched one in this Dharma-Ending Age.

The world has myriad evolving manifestations and thousands of obstructions, but scientists, specialists should examine to recognize that the Lord temporarily arranged to prevent the act of pressing the button to kill each other with mass-killing weapons.

The Lord’s declaring verses cannot be fully understood through secular reasoning. The tripod situation skillfully arranged in the past by the Lord’s incarnation, who was Kong-Ming, is now repeated in the 20th century: the world’s situation is forming the third mass—the reformed Chinese communism in its particular aspect that is neither liberal nor conservative, proving the ability of incorporating to the Western without losing the essential traditional race. What the Vietnamese communism inherits today is no other than that evolution. I guarantee that the communists are unable to do that, but it is created by the invisible, sentimental supreme matchless hand of The World’s Most Venerable Maitreya.

History is a continuous process, whether it is bitter or harsh, it is also sowing the seeds for a better future for The World’s Most Venerable Maitreya to manifest, Bodhisattvas to continue to save living beings, and the Venerables, Dharma Protectors to develop virtuous merits to offer to the Tathagata.

Everyone has their own right and truth. People on one side consider themselves right and condemn those of the other side, considering them wrong and deserving of destruction. Meanwhile people on other side also consider themselves right and condemn those of this side as wrong. Therefore, arranging a peace between them is the most appropriate solution of the Middle Tao Principle, at least for some time.

The Middle Tao Principle never changes; it is perfectly harmonious, invariant, and fully bright. Only the One who has accomplished the Miraculous Fruit of Buddha, like The World’s Most Venerable Maitreya could profoundly know the place of Return – Equal Salvation. The Lord, therefore, moved for Vietnam country and humanity in the entire world so that they can live in peace, safety, and happiness unthinkably.

Today Vietnam has a position in the community of ASEAN countries and has drawn foreign investments, that is a joyful point of the national transformation.
