CHAPTER VII: THE BRIGHT ATTESTATION OF THE BUDDHA KING
The Buddha King is the Pure King Buddha Himself, who has all the three bodies and thoroughly knows the conducting vows of Patriarchs of the Bodhisattva rank, Venerables of the Arahant rank, Solitary-Enlightened-Buddhas, Pratyekas, Sravakas, as well as Dharma Protectors. The Lord will equitably attest the conducting vow for each of them without any tiny error. The Bodhisattva rank with the Enlightenment-about-Form clearly realizes the Buddhas of Ten Directions, so he is conscious of his conducting vow, thoroughly perceiving the Tathagata. He therefore intuits the attestation of the Buddha King. The Tathagata is without form, the question of meeting the Tathagata and integrating into the Tathagata essence by those with the Enlightenment-about-Form is something not thoroughly understood by the Venerables; Therefore, they must have will and courage in the conducting vow in order to be close to the essence of the Buddhas.
THE BUDDHA KING
Lord Supreme Maitreya Buddha, returned to the world in Vietnam, 1918-1993.
THE ORDINATION
The World’s Most Venerable Maitreya gave the ordination at the Central Superior Association at number 6, Huỳnh Thúc Kháng Street, Nha Trang as follows:
“In the time of The Founding Master Shakyamuni Buddha, Bodhisattva Ksitigarbha, presiding over the Six Taos, relied on the Divine power of the Tathagata to save all living beings, who received the retribution from their karma dwelling in hell.
“In the Period of Return when Lord Supreme Maitreya Buddha appeared, Bodhisattva Ksitigarbha has finished his term of duty. Now, Bodhisattva Moggallana shoulders the responsibility of salvaging living beings, who are receiving the retribution in hell, to the liberation.”
At that moment, Venerable Pháp Thao and some Dharma Protectors heard it. Because of living beings caught in hell, the Bodhisattva appears in hell at the appropriate time, mainly to guide living beings out of hell. In facts, the Bodhisattva neither lives in hell nor the Three Realms nor the Six Paths. For the reason that the Bodhisattva does not take any world as his, the Bodhisattva [statue], therefore, should not be brought out to stand in the sun in the cemetery.

Namo The Founding Master Shakyamuni Buddha.
Namo the Pure King Buddha.
Namo the Supreme Maitreya Buddha.

How rare it was, during His Return – Equal Salvation right in this scientific era, from 1957 to 1993 in Nha Trang City, South Vietnam, the Supreme Maitreya Buddha accomplished the complete salvation of human beings and the Four Species in regard to LIFE as well as to the TAO. With great great compassion, great great will, great great courage, the Lord made full use of His Buddha power to overcome deadly catastrophes and succeeded in saving humanity, avoiding Great World War III challenging lives on the earth.
In the years from 1975 to 1993, the Lord saved the people of the South Vietnam many times peacefully. In 1989, the Lord disentangled the nation, inducing reform and making life easier for the people. The Lord also vowed:
Though having been ill-treated by human beings, I still lead them to enlightenment.
The Lord has completely accomplished the conduct of The World’s Most Venerable and all the qualities of the Entire Offering to the Tathagata, the True Advanced Wisdom, the Perfect Intelligence-Morality, the Supreme Good Vow, the Secular World Solver, the Unsurpassed Intellectual, the Great Person of Control, the Master of Devas and Humans, and the Buddha.
PRAYING
We, true Buddhist disciples, respectfully pray The World’s Most Venerable Maitreya and the Tathagata Buddhas in Ten Direction for the attestation.
We, true Buddhist disciples, pray for human beings, as well as other worlds, with will and courage to generate their mind to practice for seeking a liberation through knowing- seeing-solving, a complete liberation to escape from the transmigration of birth and death, since, even though going to Heaven, the Divine or Deity world is still remaining in the transmigration of birth and death.
We, true Buddhist disciples, pray to the Buddhas of Ten Directions for receiving and saving our present parents as well as our Nine Lifetimes of Parents and Seven Lifetimes of Masters, to help them generating their mind, from now on, to practice in the way for liberation through knowing, seeing, and solving in order to be free from the transmigration of birth and death.
We vow to transfer our Virtuous Merits of practice for LIBERATION through KNOWING-SEEING- SOLVING to all living beings, as well as Sacred Followers to live in TỪ THỊ favor and virtue of the Buddha eyes illuminating in this PERIOD of HIS RETURN.
